FUN ON THE WATER in the Northeast

It proved to be a ‘lively’ night for everyone who joined the TTBS River Cruise to sail to the mouth of the Tyne and back.

Nearly 40 people enjoyed a buffet, drinks and a disco as they saw landmarks that included the famous bridges and The Sage Gateshead from the water.   With the help of a raffle and prizes kindly donated by M H Southern and James Latham, the event raised more than £350 for TTBS.

“Luckily the weather was kind to us and everyone seemed to have a really good evening,” said organiser Dave Brown.  “It was a fun event and there have already been requests for a repeat.”
