The Timber Trades' Benevolent Society

The TTBS – providing support and assistance to former and current
employees of the UK timber industry.

Providing support for those in need within the timber industry

We are the Timber Trades’ Benevolent Society, the only charity dedicated to serving the UK timber industry.

Our mission is to provide support and financial assistance to past and present employees of the timber trade who have fallen on hard times.

Since our establishment in 1897, we have helped countless individuals and families through challenging times by offering support, including financial aid and other benefits.

Our commitment to serving the timber trade community is unwavering and we are proud to say that we have positively impacted many lives over the years.

As a non-profit organisation, every donation and contribution we receive goes towards helping those in need within our industry.
